Life is a journey and that journey has twist and turns. Some of the challenges we face in life can seem overwhelming at time. Stress can destroy our lives and the relationships that we form along the way. As a professional counselor, I know the value of seeking help at times from people with the knowledge and skills to help make sense out of life and to create a plan for personal growth.

Lisa Kaufman

My therapeutic foundation is one that focuses on strength, courage, and resilience of the individual and family. Family counseling focuses on the intense and often emotional bonds that individuals have with each other.

Carly Pulver

My therapeutic approach to counseling has been shaped in part by my experience in dealing with trauma and crisis intervention. By counseling others, I have found that the same situation can be perceived differently by each individual. With that in mind, I believe tailoring the counseling experience to each client’s individual construct and backgrounds is paramount to the success of their mental health journey.
